The evening begins with a Jim Beam Double Oaked 1920’s Old Fashioned, followed by a curated grazing table of sweet, salty, and savory pairings designed to highlight bourbon’s versatility.

Join us Thursday, February 12th for a beautifully curated evening featuring six pours from The Prisoner Wine Company, paired with a chef-crafted five-course dinner created exclusively for this event. 

The menu showcases dishes like Roasted Pear Carpaccio, Smoked San Marzano Tomato Bisque, Wild Mushroom Ravioli, and a Garlic–Peppercorn Char-Crusted Tenderloin with Parmesan Pommes Anna — all ending with a decadent Chocolate Pot de Crème. The Night starts with a welcome pour and each course is paired with a unique expression from The Prisoner collection, highlighting their rich, expressive style.
