The menu showcases dishes like Roasted Pear Carpaccio, Smoked San Marzano Tomato Bisque, Wild Mushroom Ravioli, and a Garlic–Peppercorn Char-Crusted Tenderloin with Parmesan Pommes Anna — all ending with a decadent Chocolate Pot de Crème. The Night starts with a welcome pour and each course is paired with a unique expression from The Prisoner collection, highlighting their rich, expressive style.
